Some days before my notes disappeared from all my devices. iCloud was turned on for Notes, nothing was happened. Now in Notes is empty. Please assist with this.

Does Apple make any backups? Can i request back up of my Notes for example for last 3 years?
for example by this link https://privacy.apple.com/account you can request any data for recover. i did, but they sent empty Notes, im sure they sent Notes for last time, but can i request sent me Notes not for last time but for 1 year or 2 years ago, at least get some notes, not all.

notes are empty like never was there. everything is turned on, i mean icloud synchronisation.
does apple make any backups, copies, for example ask them to send me backup of notes that was made for example 1 month earlier.
This does not help unfortunately. Looking back at older threads, it appears this has *been* an issue that apparently Apple has not addressed.
