SE 2 Right hand section of the screen is unresponsive

I recently updated my phone to the latest IOS, although I cannot be sure this is what is causing the problem. However, I only bought the phone a few months ago, back in April when it came about, directly from apple.

I only use accessories made by apple, haven’t downloaded anything suspicious, do not recall dropping or damaging my phone in any way (it also has a protective case on and no shows no signs of damage on the outside). Only 22.8 GB of 64 GB used.

The entire right hand side of the screen is unreliable. I have conducted a force/hard reset and a normal reset, with no results. Nothing changes when there is or isn’t an accessory connected.

I would be surprised if there is something in the phone that needs replacing as it is practically brand new!

Any suggestions or advice is very welcome :)
