Can an Apple TV (405) Model A1625 receive the Apple TV+ signals? The TV(405) is only 1080p resolution.

Yes a Apple TV HD will get Apple TV + however you must have the most up-to-date version of TV OS installed. You will find Apple TV + in the Apple TV app. Of course you must have a subscription to the Apple TV+ content in order to view it, it's currently $4.99 per month.
