Presuming you mean Office 2011, MS didn't ever provide an uninstaller for that. Not even on the original disk. They do have manual removal instructions, but are very incomplete. These are much better:

Be very careful when you get towards the bottom of the article under Moving or Deleting Your Microsoft User Data. DO NOT remove the Main Identity folder until after you've installed Office 2019 or 365 and have imported the 2011 Outlook data. Once imported, that old data is never used again. All Outlook data is then at:


/Users/your_account/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office
