apple cash

I used to be able to use Apple Cash as a way of paying for things but the card has been removed from my Apple Wallet. I've tried multiple different methods and it's not providing me with an option to toggle Apple Cash back on in the Settings. Can I get this back?

I have debit cards in my Wallet but cannot use Apple Cash to send money to people which is what I need.
