Ensure both earbuds are fully charged, and verify the charge.

Try cleaning the AirPods Pro. In some cases, the screen inside the can get plugged with wax.

Try the following:

If the AirPods are still not working, use the Contact Support link in the upper right, and discuss this with the folks that work for Apple.
