Hi,
When I'm on a call the volume is so loud that people around me can hear the conversation. I tried using the volume buttons but it wont go below a certain level. The phone is not on speaker.
I can seem to find any help online.
Can anyone help?

From your post, it's understood that you're unable to lower the volume past a certain level. Being able to keep those calls private is important. Are you able to adjust the volume in the settings as shown in this article? Change iPhone sounds and vibrations
At what level are you no longer able to lower the volume? Is this the same for speaker or when playing media?
