Deleting playlists from Music

Are these Playlists Still Existent?

Verify if they are no longer existent on the iPhone. If so, you seem to be set from here on out.

To Clarify: Is it the Playlists that are not being deleted? Or it is the Songs (Tracks) that are not being deleted.

Try this: Restart the iPhone:

1. Go To: Settings
2. Tap: Advanced
3. Tap: Shutdown
4. Wait: 30 Seconds
5. Power on: the iPhone
6. Open: Music
7. Deleting a Playlist

Note - Songs (Tracks) will Reside:

A playlist on has links to files (tracks). When a Playlist is deleted from the Library, the tracks reside in the Library - whether the tracks are downloaded or not. You must remove the track from the iPhone yourself.
