turning off software update permanently? I am not wanting ro update to 13.5.1 but every time I touch the screen the update reminder is there. I want to turn off this notification, is this possible?

It is possible to disable the automatic software update, however, you cannot disable Update notifications - or the red badges that you’ll see associated with them.
To disable the software update itself:
Settings > General > Software Update > Automatic Updates - set to OFF
