OS update for late 2013 MacPro question

Hello! I have a late 2013 Mac Pro, running Sierra 10.12.6 All is well, but wondering if I should upgrade to newer or latest Catalina OS. In my system, no OS upgrade appears to be readily available. Is it recommended to even upgrade at all? This Mac is primarily used for Premier and Photoshop programs via Creative Cloud. Any help or advice is appreciated!

Hi,

If you are using 32bit applications, you'd better upgrade to Mojave. Catalina doesn't support 32bit applications.

I think if it's working well with Sierra, you don't need to upgrade newer macOS.
