Removed device but still have a backup

i had removed my iPhone Rx from my account but it still shows up in my find my iPhone application when searching for my devices, I didnā€™t mean to remove the iPhone Rx and need to have it placed back onto my devices list as it has been lost/stolen.. I still have a backup saved from the device (iPhone Rx) as proof. I hope that there is something that I can do to help me resolve my problem and fixing the issues I have.

thank you!

sincerely,

jeremy gray.

Having been lost/stolen is exactly the reason this iPhone should not be on your list of devices.
