We see that you're wanting to add files to Dropbox on your iPhone.
You'll want to use the share feature on the iPhone when viewing a file in order to add the file to Dropbox. The share feature's location will be different depending on the app you're using, and once clicking the share icon you may need to click "More" to add Dropbox to the list. If you're not sure what the share icon looks like, you can take a look at the blue icon here in the second paragraph on the page: Share photos and videos on iPhone - Apple Support.
