Question about Apple ID

A person using a Macbook Air used my information to sign in to their device. I have changed my password and I want to remove the device permanently from my account. Can I do so and how? Or has it automatically been done already?


I am also curious about what it means that another person used my AppleID to sign in to their device. Does that give them access to anything private and how did they get my ID?

Check your device list to see if there is a device signed in that you don't recognize. You can remove the device using the steps in the article below.


Apple ID device list -Check to see where you‘re signed in.    


If they have access to your Apple ID, they can see any data you have associated with the ID.
