Keynote,Pages, and Numbers problems to install on High Sierra

I currently had to replace my motherboard as I spilled coffee on my Mac and need now to reinstall Pages, Keynote and Numbers. I do have the version 10.13.6. Where can I download them for my version as the new apps are not compatible for my version.

I find this really frustrating.

Anyone can help ?

Following Gary's advice, you should end up with Pages v8.1, Numbers v7.1, and Keynote 9.1 — once the Mac App Store tells you it cannot install the current applications, and then offers you a consolation prize of installing the above versions. Do not forget to press the option key with the Purchases tab in the Mac App Store.
