WiFi working/not working

Using an iPhone 11 with home router. Almost every day, often more than once, the WiFi shows that it's connected, but it's not working, or is incredibly slow. I go to settings/wifi and turn off WiFi and then turn it back on. And it works again. My question: Is there a way to make this nuisance stop?

Thanks!

Let’s assume first that the problem is not the phone. Start with this Apple support article—>Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference - Apple Support

The next question, is it using the 2.4 GHz band or the 5 GHz band?
