My I phone was stolen and I want to recover the information from it on my new phone with I-cloud. How do I do this? Thank you in advance for your help.

See: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

Also, if you don't have an iCloud Backup but did have data synced to iCloud (e.g., iCloud Photos, Contacts, etc) you can turn on those options in your new phone (using the same Apple ID for iCloud) and that data will automatically sync to the new phone. The sync options are at Settings > [username] > iCloud.
