Apple Watch 3 38mm battery will only last for 12 to 13 hours.

My Apple Watch will go to a 100% battery but will only last for 12 to 13 hours.

I have checked multiple tricks on YouTube to have it have a longer battery life and it still will not work.

I have turned off various notifications, I have unpaired the watch twice and put it back to factory settings and still it only lasts about 12 hours.Is there anything else I can do?

12 Hours is pretty good for an older watch.
