Too many passcode attempts Reset Apple watch and pair again

Apple Support -

My paired iPhone device was formatted after which I am not able to pair my iWatch to the iPhone device. Whenever I turn on my iWatch I am prompted with message ‘Too Many passcode attempts Reset Apple Watch And Pair Again” :(

Even when I do hard reset or erase content from iWatch I am not able to pair the device.

Can you help with some solutions?

Cheers

Try this;

Press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for about 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.Wait a few seconds, then hold down just the side button for about 20 seconds or until the “erase all settings” prompt shows up on the screen, then click it, then click the green check button.
