Safari stops working

Hi, I open Safari on Macbook Pro and I can't click on anything in its window. I can't click on even New Tab or quit directly.

It happens for more than months ago and I haven't found any solutions. I tried force quit and hold Shift while re-opening it and Safari isn't allow any click still. Please advice.

Below screenshot left from the last time(few months ago) I close Safari and every time I open Safari, it shows this search result with nothing clickable.

I'm using Mojave 10.14.6.

Thanks.

Hi chatsuree,

It seems like you're having some trouble with Safari, and we can help.

Have you tried some of the steps here to disable extensions and plug-ins?
