How can I update the Intel graphics card?

Hi all,

Right now, I'm running the latest version of High Sierra (v. 10.13.6), with Intel HD Graphics 3000 (384 MB). This computer is a MacBook Pro (13-inch, late 2011). Unfortunately, with the latest update of Photoshop 2020 I am now experiencing a lot of difficulties in using the software (slow, heavily pixelated projects, et cetera), and after a lengthy session with Adobe customer support was told that it was probably the graphics drivers I have, rather than a problem with the newest version of Photoshop. Then, after some internet searches, I indeed stumbled upon information on Adobe's website announcing that older Intel HD graphics, incl. 3000 (what I have), are incompatible with the software. What now?

I am a graphic designer and need to use Photoshop. However, in trying to search online for the latest update, so as to make my graphics card compatible with Photoshop, I'm running into dead end after dead end - Intel's website directs Mac users to the Apple website but I don't see anything regarding how to update the graphics on my machine! I don't know where I have to go to download the latest update to the graphics card or get it compatible... I need to do so, as soon as I possibly can.

Please, any help or input would be much appreciated. It is 5 AM here and I am at my wit's end!
