One person is not receiving my texts. The message is green, not blue. I have checked my message settings and all looks okay. I can receive her messages, she can’t receive mine. ???
She may be blocking you. Also, for picture messages (MMS) your cellular data must be on, and the switch for MMS in Settings/Messages must be ON.

That’s SMS issue. It’s an issue you need to discuss with your Mobile/Celluar carrier.
