Is there a way to link a Pages document to a Numbers sheet. We're collecting information and want to have a form that is easily printable that will auto populate after the info is entered into Numbers.

No. Neither a Pages document nor a Numbers document can communicate directly with another document,
You could, however, make both the 'Pages document' and the 'Numbers Sheet' as separate sheets in Numbers in Numbers, then print only the sheet containing the 'Pages document.'

No. That ended with Pages '09 v4.3, and Numbers '09 v2.3. No Pages or Numbers application introduced since Fall 2013 permits table sharing, or live updates between Pages and Numbers. If you want that capability, then use Word and Excel, or LibreOffice.
