Hi,


My kid purchased one application without my knowledge and I was trying to report a problem and got the answer: ''We've determined that your purchase does not meet the conditions for a refund''.

Please advise how can i refund my money back from Apple? I didn't give a consent to this purchase and don't plan to use this app.

You have tried, you applied and for some reason apple says it doesnt meet the condition for a refund.


You can ask Apple to look at it again, thats the only option on how to get a refund.


There are restrictions you can put in place to stop a child from buying apps, so it's down to a user error
