You will have to restore your device from a backup that was made before you deleted those contacts. See:
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
Be aware that restore its an all or nothing process. You cannot only restore contacts (for example) and any info on your device between now and when the backup was created will be lost.
