Hello,
I just received a phone call from an unknown number saying my Cloud acct had been breached. Assuming that it is a fraud, but wanted to check and make sure.

It is a scam. Apple doesn't make unsolicited phone calls. If there was a problem you would be notified when attempting to log in, including when logging into this forum. Also see: Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

This is a scam. Apple will never call you with such reasoning. Do NOT give any information to these scammers and block their number if possible.
