ipad 6th generation connect to wifi but no access to internet

We switch ips and now only apple devices connect to wifi but still no internet connection. We suspect that it's an apple devices issue because my bf has an Iphone and I have an Ipad 6th generation; the tv, my phone and pretty much everything else connects to internet. I have reboot the router and the ipad itself but still can't get internet (and the bar above says it's connected to wifi).

Any thoughts?

Hello,

Try resetting iPad's network settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
