Can I use music I bought on iTunes in a short for social media as background music?

I'm not a legal expert, but I'm fairly certain the answer is no, you can't.


You do not own the copyright to that music which, as the name implies, the right to copy {or make a copy} of the music. All you have is the right to personal use of the music and putting it onto social media takes it beyond personal use.
