Hi everyone! I need your help. I can't find any articles that explains my problem. Recently I turned on iCloud Photos under the setting "Download and Keep Originals". I left my phone on overnight and when I logged into iCloud with the PC the next day, the only thing that was there are my 2020 photos. My Albums and photos from 2017-2019 did not sync.
Thanks in advance for your advice.

"Download and Keep Originals" won't result in any photos appearing that weren't already there, all it will do will make sure that you have full quality versions of all the photos on your phone.
