I’m from India and my carrier is Airtel so I’ve been trying to use voicemail feature since last one year and it haven’t been started even though I’ve updated to the latest version also I 
contacted my carrier support they said we can’t help you with that specific feature for that you should contact apple support. But they did help me to activate voicemail but not on that specific feature, they helped me with that keypad one like dial 1 and then 2 . But I want to use that specific feature and I hope you’ll help me with it!
