I bought an Iphone thinking that it was unlocked but it must have been stolen, and i don't know how to contact the actual owner of the phone.
I just want to either contact the original owner of the phone to unlock or send it back to apple or the owner for a refund or something.

Turn it in to your local authority, you won't be able to locate the owner.

Hi Dave_elendu and welcome to Community Forums.
I'm sorry to say that if you have a stolen device, there is no way for you to use your phone or fix the Activation Lock

You should turn it over to your local authorities.
There is likely not going to be a way for you to get a refund unless you can file a chargeback on your card, if you paid cash there's pretty much nothing you can do.
