I followed instructions in other postings, but nothing works. From my phone, nothing happens when I press "Cancel Free Trail". My subscription still states renewal for Aug 10th. From my laptop, an error appears when I press "Cancel Free Trail" (see below). And, within my online account, I cannot find anywhere to manage subscriptions.

After Apple canceled it for me, it took about a day before subscription status changed from "Renews Aug..." to "Expiring Aug..."
