Purchased items not appearing in library

I have many purchased movies not appearing on my devices. I have tried to re-download them, repurchase, etc... please help!

If you’ve purchased items from the iTunes Store, you can download most of them to your authorisedcomputers and devices (up to 10 in total).

You can also check for purchases that haven’t been downloaded to your computer, or have Music check for them automatically. This is useful, for example, if a download is interrupted.
