Recover deleted folder

I deleted a folder and have empty the trush, I want to restore the folder. please advise? any one can help?

I have no backup before. however it was synced with I cloud, the folder was in desktop !!

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

If you've already emptied the Recently Deleted folder in the Files, then the folder is irretrievable.

Where are you referring to that this folder was deleted? Was in the Mail app or in the Files app?

I have the same problem. With my iPhone. No backup. Lost photos.
