I haven’t used my iPad mini in 4 years so it’s stuck in 2016. Since that time I have changed my iCloud email address to a different one. I want to reset my iPad mini but can’t remember my old iCloud email address password. (I have the old email address) How can I reset my ipad? I don’t need to save any information from it. Thanks.
If your iPad is disabled, or you have forgotten your iPad passcode, you’ll need to follow this process:

You’ll need access to either a PC (with iTunes installed) or a Mac (with iTunes or Finder - as appropriate for the installed version of MacOS).
You’ll also need your AppleID and associated password. If these have also been forgotten, they can be recovered here:

Unless you AppleID account has not been fully/correctly configured, or has been seriously neglected, recovery of the AppleID and password should not be difficult.

So the problem that has happened is that I changed my Apple ID email since then. I know my current email address I use for my ID and password but can’t use it on my iPad. Will the support team be able to recover it even though I have changed my ID and password since 2016?
