Notifications are not working on Wifi. If I use the device on cellular data, notifications are working fine. Not only with my home wifi connection, I've tried using hotspot from the other devices too, still notifications of all my apps are not working. I've tried resetting the device, but still no use. Please help me to solve this issue.

Connecting to Wifi is first part and then getting connected to Internet is the second
My internet is working fine. I am browsing, watching youtube, facebook, instagram everything is fine. But the problem is the app is not responding unless it is opened.
Example: My device is connected to wifi. If someone send me a whatsapp message, I'm not getting it. Even the sender is having only single tick. Now if I open the whataspp, now I'm getting the message and then the sender will have double tick.
I tried with the other wifi networks too. Issue doesn't resolve. If I use Cellular data, no such kind of issue.
PLEASE HELP ME!!! Should I have to wait till next iOS update??
I am facing the same issue...I contacted Apple support and talked like hours and hours but nothing helped...I talked with ISP too...They haven’t changed any settings...I just gave up...I am using iPhones since 2013....my brother,sister they all are using iPhones...I have an iPad too....I am facing this on all my devices...I tried different WiFi at my friend’s house but still faced/facing this issue...it works on mobile data..
i just gave up...now am not getting any notifications on any of ma Apple devices..same with family too...
I don’t know what to do...helpless....never been so frustrated and sad at the same time with Apple...
I am missing all my notifications and so my friend’s calls and messages on time...
ALL MY ANDROID PHONE(work phone) is able to receive messages and get notifications on the same ISP.

I’m from Andhra pradesh, India.
I’ve got no idea what to do. The only thing I wanted to do is downgrade to ios13.5 (If signed by apple) or reinstall ios 13.6 manually, which is downloaded from ipsw, via itunes. If the issue still exists, need to wait for the next official software update. Again the issue still exists, I’ll take the Device to apple store.
It was not working for last 1 week or more i guess after updating to iOS 13.6
But today morning for some time it worked...I don’t know how...but again it stopped working...
I am also waiting for next update..I don’t think taking it to apple store gonna fix it...coz they will just reset,reinstall etc..which we could do...next update i am gonna do it on laptop via itunes...let’s hope it works...
and please reply if yours get fixed...
