How do I reconnect a device to Bluetooth after I accidentally hit forget this device?
Do the same thing you did the first time you connected it.
Put the device in discoverable / pairing mode per its own instructons, and look for it in the Bluetooth settings on the iPhone.

Turn Bluetooth off on your phone, restart the phone, turn Bluetooth on again and try to repair the device. Power the Bluetooth device off and on again as well.
