Prepare iPhone for trade-in at Apple
Just received our new iPhone 11 Pro Max phones and want to ship our old iPhone 7+ phones to Apple for trade in credit. Will Apple be sending us boxes to use for the trade-in process?

Before you send your phones in take careful pictures of each one (make sure they include date/time) and a video showing the phone operating. Save these.
