New Music Mix isn’t updating

Hi,

I’m an Apple Music subscriber and every Friday my new music mix used to get updated at midnight with new releases.

However, it hasn’t happened for about 4 weeks now.

I understand others have faced this issue too,

Please advise.

First, I'd suggest restarting your iPhone.


If that doesn't help:


Try signing out of your iTunes and App Store account and sign back in. To do this, go to Settings > iTunes and App Store > Tap on your Apple ID > Sign out and then sign back in. This will remove any downloaded music you have and you will have to redownload the music.


If that still doesn't help:

Hi,

So I’ve restarted my iPhone and the problem still occurs.

I tried reaching Apple support but I’m in Israel so they are referring me to the carriers here and they have no clue how to assist me with Apple’s features like Apple Music.

I really rather not downloading all my music again, is there anything else I can try before that?
