When I try to change the photo of a contact in my Contacts app, the photos in my Photos app will not show any of the photos I have, despite there being over 2000 photos in my Photos app.
Why is this occurring and how may it be corrected?

In Photos Preferences, is your loaded library set as the System Library?
You could just drag the photo from Photos into the picture well in Contacts.

Setting the Photos Preference to be System Library solved the problem. Thanks!
