Constant Shutdowns With Catalina 10.15.6

Ever since I upgraded to Catalina 10.15.4 several months ago and also after updating to 10.15.6, my desktop MAC shuts down on a regular basis. It's never while I am using it but after it goes to sleep. I have to enter a password and it takes awhile for everything to come online. When it's not shutting down, the screen goes black and my screensaver is not there. I have to hit the spacebar about 15 times to wake it up. It's not only inconvenient but concerning because I don't know why this has started. Can someone tell me why this keeps happening?

I think we can solve this...


Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?


Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.

Workable but harder for me to work with...the Note tool on the bottom of this editor's toolbar, as shown in the image, to copy and paste the output from EtreCheck. In a Reply before you click post, look for this to add longer texts...
