Hi,
I have an Ipod touch that is disabled and needs to be connected to itunes. It won't connect as itunes wants me to enter the passcode. I can't because it is disabled. I have tried both recommended methods of getting to reset. Both lead me back to the disabled screen and don't work. Any other tips I can try?
