Find my iphone was off

I didn’t turn on Find my Iphone and now lost my phone. Is there anyway that I could access my phone?

No.

That's the only way to track the iPhone.

Now if someone finds it, they can wipe it down make it their own.

FYI: Find My iPhone is also the only way to protect your iPhone from re-use.
