on my iPad screen white with Apple in middle will not let me turn off, when I hold the on off button and the home button the screen goes black for 3or4 sec. then returns to white screen with apple if I do that 3 or 4 times I get black screen with a rectangle box and a charge cord drawing coming up from bottom of screen
