the app store won't allow me to update anything?

this macbook is brand new and it won't let me update garage band, numbers, keynote or pages because they were apparently downloaded using a different apple id when i only have one? does anyone know how i can fix this?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

Hi!

Yeah, I've checked my apple id in system preferences and it all seems to be correct. I even logged out of my apple id, restarted the computer and it's still the same. Whatever the problem was, I managed to find a way around it so it's all good now. Thank you for your help 😊
