how do I share my iPad Air 3 screen to MacBook Pro 2020 13inch

Im trying to use airplay and sidecar but my MacBook couldn't find my iPad even all accounts are same and same wifi and blutooth.

all updates are latest.

MacBook Pro = 10.15.6 Catalina

iPad Air 3rd Gen - 13.6

Please help me guys, if this is not working there is no reason I bought this Mac Pro by paying huge money...

A Macintosh cannot be used as an AirPlay destination for another Apple device.
