If you have an Apple Music membership, you get all of the benefits of iTunes Match, plus access to the entire Apple Music catalogue.
I would recommend that you have all of your content stored locally on at least one computer and fully backed up, rather than relying on iCloud Music Library, but if you cancel the iTunes Match subscription there shouldn't be any changes to your libraries provided the Apple Music subscription remains in place.
