Oh ok, so webmail, awesome. So, when you go to Gmail.com and login, what’s the issue exactly?

• Will it not let you login? Specific error?

• If it does let you login, is your inbox not loading, etc?

• Did you try launching the Apple Mail application on the Mac and adding your Gmail account there in order to use the APP for checking your email vs the website?

 > System Preferences > Users & Groups. Select your name on the left, then click on Login Items. Does the Mail application appear in that list of apps? If so, REMOVE IT.

Next, go to:  > Restart. When the dialog box comes up, make sure that "reopen windows when logging back in" is NOT checked, then hit restart.

After booting back up, are you now able to access the Mail App fully?

Also ensure that you're completely up to date on macOS. You can check at:  > About This Mac. Version.

Most up to date version of macOS 10.15.6 -- https://apps.apple.com/us/app/macos-catalina/id1466841314?l=en-us&mt=12
