Microsoft Teams not installing correctly on my Mac

Hi Support Communities,

Whenever I try downloading Microsoft Teams on my Mac, it keeps coming up with this error message saying "A JaveScript error occoured in the main process" (screenshot of error message attached below). This error message comes up every time I try opening Microsoft Teams and then closes MST down straight after pressing "ok".

Note: I am installing Microsoft Teams on my 13" Macbook Air 2015 using macOS 10.15.6.

Any Suggestions?

Contact MS for help, it's their product.
