iCloud photos
I do not have access to my iCloud photos. I can only see the photos taken on this devise but would like to see photos from my previous computers. How can I access my iCloud photos please?

If you had iCloud Photos turned on in your previous computers (using the same Apple ID for iCloud) and you have it turned on in your iPad Mini, all of the photos should be in the Photos app on your Mini.
If you have iCloud Photos turned on, the photos on the device are the same as on iCloud, with the possible exception that some of them may be space-saving optimized versions if you have that option turned on. You view them in the Photos app on an iOS device. You can also use a computer and login to icloud.com and go to the Photos app there. See: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204264
