phone hacked

While browsing my phone, I saw in my apps store that there is an appthat I need to update. but those  apps are not installed by me. then sometimes my screen light goes   down automatically and goes up. I feel like my phone is hacked. how can I fix it and prevent it from  hackers?

Hi, I mean I’d assume you already have a backup..


You can backup from an iPadOS backup w/out extra features but still works.


I would say if you have another device or a Mac that works;


You could transfer data that way., Backups are very needed in the Apple world,


Make sure to backup ALL your devices within every month.


I’d check for an iCloud/Mac backup, if you have one or have another working device with data;


Wipe it..
